Summer Weight & Conditioning Program

Starting Date :         Monday, June 8th.
Times :                     9:00 - 11:00
Days:                         Monday - Thursday every week.
Last week:                July 13th - 16th.
Elgible to attend:     All incoming 9th - 12th grade EHS Athletes.
Coaches:                 Reves, Smith, Boone
Purpose:                  Conditioning and strength gains.


Rules

1.  Be here before 9:00.  If your late you will be asked to leave.
2.  No horseplay on the field or in the weight room.
3.  Must be in workout clothes / Shorts and T-shirts.
4.  Bring cleats for grass drills on the field turf. (optional)
5.  Keep your hands to yourself.
6.  Be respectful to all coaches and other athletes.
7.  If you are asked to leave, do so without hesitation.
8.  Those asked to leave and don't will face harsh consequences.
